This notice explains how this website’s appointment and enquiry features work.
Appointment and enquiry forms
The forms prepare a message in your browser. They do not submit it to a clinic booking database. When you choose to continue to WhatsApp, the message is passed to WhatsApp; you must press Send to share it with reception. An appointment is confirmed only when reception replies.
What you choose to share
Your message may contain your name, selected doctor, preferred date and optional callback number. A general enquiry can also contain your city and question. Avoid sending sensitive records through the general enquiry form. For clinical documents, ask reception about an appropriate channel.
WhatsApp and external services
WhatsApp enquiries go to the clinic’s reception number, +91 88823 40881, and are handled through its WhatsApp Business service and WATI. These providers have their own privacy policies. Google Maps opens when you choose directions. External sites may process connection and device information under their own policies.
Website hosting and measurement
Hostinger hosts this website and may process technical connection information, such as IP address and request logs, to serve and protect it. This version does not load advertising pixels or third-party visitor analytics. Form values are not stored by this website in cookies or browser local storage. If optional analytics are introduced, this notice and the relevant choices will be updated.
Your messages and requests
Reception uses appointment messages to respond and coordinate your visit. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have shared, contact the clinic on +91 92173 28011 or WhatsApp +91 88823 40881. The team will explain any applicable record-retention requirements and what can be done.
Children’s appointments
A parent or guardian should contact reception for a child’s appointment. Share only the information needed to arrange the visit.
