About Dr. Shahrukh Khan
Dr. Shahrukh Khan is a co-director and senior orthopaedic consultant at Dashvanth Healthcare, and Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Sanjeevan Hospital, Daryaganj and Apollo Spectra, Karol Bagh (since May 2025). He completed his MBBS and MS (Orthopaedics) from Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) & Lok Nayak Hospital, New Delhi β one of India's most prestigious medical institutions β followed by DNB (Orthopaedic Surgery) from the National Board of Examinations.
He further specialised with a Senior Residency in Sports Medicine at the Sports Injury Centre, Safdarjung Hospital & VMMC (the premier government sports injury centre in India), and completed a Fellowship in Arthroscopy & Arthroplasty at Max Hospital, Mohali. He also holds a Diploma in FIFA Sports Medicine, making him one of the very few orthopaedic surgeons in East Delhi with international-level sports medicine credentials.
Dr. Shahrukh has 7 peer-reviewed publications in indexed international journals including the Indian Journal of Orthopaedics, JBJS Essential Surgical Techniques, Journal of Orthopaedic Science, and Annals of the National Academy of Medical Sciences. He has won multiple academic awards including the Silver Medal at E-DOACON 2020 and presented at the SICOT World Congress, Egypt (2023). He has attended 21+ orthopaedic workshops and trained at AIIMS, MAMC, and premier orthopaedic institutions across India.
