What is endovascular neurosurgery?
Endovascular neurosurgery treats blood vessel problems in the brain (aneurysms, AVMs) through a thin catheter via the groin — no open brain surgery needed, faster recovery.
Can a slipped disc heal without surgery?
Yes, 90% of disc problems improve with physiotherapy, pain management and time. Surgery is reserved for persistent neurological weakness or failed conservative care.
What are early warning signs of a brain tumour?
New or worsening headaches (especially morning), seizures, vision/speech changes, memory issues, or unexplained personality changes warrant urgent MRI evaluation.
How soon after a stroke should I seek help?
